Busy day

Breakfast - 2 eggs and oatmeal

Did the E blast today. Felt great and almost did the whole thing w/o cheating!

Snack - protein shake w/ banana

Lunch - 1/2 hamburger patti, 8 asparagus, couple spoons of brown rice.

Snack- cheesestick

Dinner - 2 sm roasted chix hot wings w/ asparagus

Today was such a busy day but I still fit in working out and eating healthy. So wanted to just order a pizza! Tomorrow will be a challenge b/c I have a doctors appt. in the morning and will have to go to gym after Adie's 12 oclock bottle! Praying I can do it...up til now, if I dont go first thing...I just dont go.

Challenge : Do or die tomorrow!

Weigh in day!!!

Weighed myself first thing this morning and i am at 152.2!!! That is 8 total lbs. in one week! Congrats to myself!

Breakfast - 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with raisins 730

Worked out and did Tread Blast number 4. Haven't worked out since Friday so it was a lil hard to get going! Feeling tired after.

Snack - 10 chips and some hummus. no veggies in fridge and blender broke :( 11

Lunch - hamburger bun from last night while running out the door to get a new blender. No veggies but at least I ate! :) 100

Snack - cheesestick 335 :)

Dinner - Roasted chix and veggies :) Tonight was tough...went to picnic where there was pizza, lemonade, all kinds of desserts...I was strong though. I even talked to myself into a glass of lemonade to talk myself out! 600

Next goal : shed 2 lbs by next weigh in day! Woop Woop!

Day 4!!!

Breakfast - 2 egg omelet, 1 cup of veggies, 1 cup of orange juice


I did the bike today and it was the hardest one yet! I had to do 4 mins standing and 8 mins standing...I averaged about 1 1/2 minutes standing. Never stopped though!!! Hopefully can work up to it. Looked down and my heart rate was 178 so I think I still had an amazing workout!

Snack - 2 tbs. hummus and handful of veggies. NO MILK:( Not a bad snack though! Tired.

Day 3!!!

Breakfast - 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oatmeal with about 10 raisins. Ready to work out! :) (730)

30 min. of E-blast. Today was really tough...I'm very tired from lack of sleep through the night and my legs are so sore from the last few days. I did wonderful, though, and just couldn't stay in the squats for the entire time. Another great workout! (920)

Snack - protein shake w/ banana (1030) :)

Lunch - chix salad made with greek yogurt wrap (half a wrap) and about 15 rice sticks. TIRED...going to take a nap with Adelaide!

Snack -cheesestick

Dinner - chix cordon bleu, 1 cup roasted broc/ caulif.

I felt a lot better after taking a nap with Adelaide and had a very busy evening. Still dragging but hope to start getting some energy. Spoke with Julie on changing some of my goals. Excited about the changes!

Day 2!

Breakfast - 2 egg omelet with 1 cup of veggies :) Ready for the gym!

Went to gym to do my first real workout.  Man oh man, was that hard. I just had to keep pushing my self to keep going. I finally made it through the Tread Blast 1 and didn't stop any, although, I did cheat a little on the 15 incline and held on to bars. I feel very positive and feeling like I really can do this...one day at a time :)

Snack- protein shake with banana. Very tired!!!

Lunch - 4 oz chicken and 1 cup of veggies Still feeling sluggish but have so much to do. Keep truckin :)

Snack - cheesestick

Dinner - 3 oz chix  breast with cup of veggies. So very tired, massive headache, sick on my stomach...ready for a new day!

Long term Goal: Reach target weight of 130 by Thursday, November 24th, 2011

Weekly goal : 2 lbs per week

RULES:

Weigh in day is on Tuesday, once a week only

No starches after 12 pm.


Intense cardio 5 days a week, lifting 2 days a week. NO EXCEPTIONS...Saturday, do something active with the family.

300 calories per meal, 3 meals per day

100 calories per snack, 2 snacks per day

You deserve to be back down in weight, and you deserve the body you want after having such a beautiful baby girl!!












Weigh in day- 162 lbs- 32 lbs to go!

Today is day one of a lifestyle change. This is my diary of mainly what I eat, how much and how I exercise, and my mood through this process. Thanksgiving is the light at the end of the tunnel!
 
I feel pretty good today.! I'm excited to feel and look better and today is the beginning. I want to stay positive in this process and stay focused on my goals!

Breakfast - 2 egg omelet with a cup of veggies(broc,tomato,yellow & green pepper, mush, onion)  . 1 cup of milk with tsp. of light choc syrup    :)

Lunch - 1/4 of a chicken breast, 1 cup of sauteed squash and zucchini, dash of parm cheese
                  Still feeling hungry after this. I want carbs but I'm refraining for a few days other than the ones in veggies and fruits : /

Felt better after about 30 mins. and not so hungry. Feeling a lil groggy, but staying positive :)

Snack - Cheesestick at about 330. Hoping this holds me over to dinner.

Dinner - Hamburger steak, 1/2 corn cob, mush & onions 1/3 cup

Rode the bike around the neighborhood twice. It was hard! I had to get off several times to walk, but got right back on after a short break. It was good time with Josh too!
 
My mood this evening is not the best but also not the worst. Kinda feel like I'm PMSing, even though I'm not.

Day 1 is over. 6 more days to weigh in.
