Weighed myself first thing this morning and i am at 152.2!!! That is 8 total lbs. in one week! Congrats to myself!
Breakfast - 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with raisins 730
Worked out and did Tread Blast number 4. Haven't worked out since Friday so it was a lil hard to get going! Feeling tired after.
Snack - 10 chips and some hummus. no veggies in fridge and blender broke :( 11
Lunch - hamburger bun from last night while running out the door to get a new blender. No veggies but at least I ate! :) 100
Snack - cheesestick 335 :)
Dinner - Roasted chix and veggies :) Tonight was tough...went to picnic where there was pizza, lemonade, all kinds of desserts...I was strong though. I even talked to myself into a glass of lemonade to talk myself out! 600
Next goal : shed 2 lbs by next weigh in day! Woop Woop!
