Day 2!

Breakfast - 2 egg omelet with 1 cup of veggies :) Ready for the gym!

Went to gym to do my first real workout.  Man oh man, was that hard. I just had to keep pushing my self to keep going. I finally made it through the Tread Blast 1 and didn't stop any, although, I did cheat a little on the 15 incline and held on to bars. I feel very positive and feeling like I really can do this...one day at a time :)

Snack- protein shake with banana. Very tired!!!

Lunch - 4 oz chicken and 1 cup of veggies Still feeling sluggish but have so much to do. Keep truckin :)

Snack - cheesestick

Dinner - 3 oz chix  breast with cup of veggies. So very tired, massive headache, sick on my stomach...ready for a new day!

5 more days til weigh in!!!
