30 min. of E-blast. Today was really tough...I'm very tired from lack of sleep through the night and my legs are so sore from the last few days. I did wonderful, though, and just couldn't stay in the squats for the entire time. Another great workout! (920)
Snack - protein shake w/ banana (1030) :)
Lunch - chix salad made with greek yogurt wrap (half a wrap) and about 15 rice sticks. TIRED...going to take a nap with Adelaide!
Snack -cheesestick
Dinner - chix cordon bleu, 1 cup roasted broc/ caulif.
I felt a lot better after taking a nap with Adelaide and had a very busy evening. Still dragging but hope to start getting some energy. Spoke with Julie on changing some of my goals. Excited about the changes!
