Breakfast - 2 egg omelet, 1 cup of veggies, 1 cup of orange juice
I did the bike today and it was the hardest one yet! I had to do 4 mins standing and 8 mins standing...I averaged about 1 1/2 minutes standing. Never stopped though!!! Hopefully can work up to it. Looked down and my heart rate was 178 so I think I still had an amazing workout!
Snack - 2 tbs. hummus and handful of veggies. NO MILK:( Not a bad snack though! Tired.
